Booking

Benchview Estate is only available for seven full weeks between July and August. A seven night minimum stay is requested. We book up to one year in advance and we offer better rates for returning guests.

To thank you for your referrals we will send you wine from our neighbourhood wineries!

Pricing

2024 rate: $1500/night

1 small dog: $75/stay

Cleaning fee: $250/stay

CAD$. Taxes are extra.

Payment

Payment, by credit card, is due in two installments: 50% upon booking and 50% 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Fees

A full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and more than 14 days before arrival.
More than 48 hours after booking, guests are entitled to a 50% refund (of total cost) as long as the cancellation is more than 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation requests within 7 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund.

Hosting an Event

If you envision hosting a private event such as a wedding reception or family reunion, where your guests are sipping fine wines, and savoring delicious tapas while listening to Latin lounge tunes as the sun sets behind the mountains, then Benchview Estate is ideal. There is room for 38 additional guests per day* and there are several award-winning caterers in Penticton. As your hosts, we are available to assist you with set up and clean up** and we can make recommendations. The City of Penticton appreciates a "no-noise for neighbors" policy between 11pm and 6am and this is ensures a restful night to be able to bike Three Blind Mice the next day!
