Benchview Estate is only available for seven full weeks between July and August. A six night minimum stay is requested. We book up to one year in advance.

2025 rate: $1500/night

damage deposit: $500

CAD$. Taxes are extra.

 

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, Paypal or E-Transfer,

Payment is due in two installments: 50% plus damage deposit upon booking and 50% 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Fees 

• A full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and more than 7 days before arrival.

• More than 48 hours after booking, guests are entitled to a 50% refund (of total cost) as long as the cancellation is more than 7 days before arrival.

• Cancellation requests within 7 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund.

Check in is at 4pm on day of arrival.

Check out is at 10am on day of departure.
