Are pets allowed?
One small dog is allowed with prior approval from the hosts. A pet charge of $75 will apply.
How much is the deposit?
50% of the payment is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due one month prior to your arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?

A full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and more than 14 days before arrival.

More than 48 hours after booking, guests are entitled to a 50% refund (of total cost) as long as the cancellation is more than 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation requests within 7 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund.
Is the property suitable for small children?
Our preference is for guests to be over the age of 12 because of the pool. The pool and hot tub are to be used at own risk.
Are visitors allowed?
No additional overnight guests are permitted during your stay but day visitors are welcome.
